I Think I Need To Get A Life... (BEWARE THE MY LITTLE PONY GIFS)

Hello there everyone! How's life? Have you seen those shirts where it has a 1-up mushroom from the Nintendo Super Mario Brothers game? And it says "Get A Life"?
I need one of these...
Here I am blogging about my life while listening to the 10 hour version of They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard and still bobbing my head up and down. (I'm 6  and a half hours in, victory! And I'm jamming it so loud in my earphones my mom and sister are getting annoyed mwahaha XD)

Anyway, I was recently listening to some friends talk about their social media lives and they were talking about followers and all that stuff. Then they asked, "Well, your life is interesting so why don't you have a social media account for anything?" "I never really gave it any thought" I replied. I always thought it was unnecessary so I never bothered asking to have one. It's not that I think it's evil or brain-consuming or anything (my oldest sister says Pinterest is the devil). But it only is if you let it, right? I mean I'm sure some people never meant for it to go so far when they started out. Then again, I'm not the best judge of character. So I guess it just depends.

They then asked if my parents would let me have one. And I said yes. Of course my parents would check it weekly/biweekly to monitor what I was posting or sharing, who was following me, who I was following, etc. Which I appreciate ever so much because I've heard a lot of stories.

And since I'm homeschooled, I don't see other people everyday. They said they would never survive without their friends. When things got tough for them at school and wished they were homeschooled, they would go back. I kind of don't see how that helps them. But I don't think I fully understand going to school and having different friends in different classes. I've been homeschooled for pretty much my whole life. Plus I never really stayed at one school. Sometimes it was bullying, other it was too many kids the classroom, another was the teacher's opinions on Catholicism, and I think you get the idea.

I mostly started blogging for writing reasons not to make friends (although it's been fun meeting you all). I hated writing essays for assignments but now writing is my favorite pastime. I don't even consider it a subject anymore. How could it be? I write for fun now and I suppose that's why I dream of becoming an author. (This is so off-topic but it's flowing out of me so I'm gonna keep going...)

If you don't have social media, I'm right there with you. And I have a friend that HAD social media but recently deleted everything and he seems perfectly fine. I think it's a young people thing. But ask yourself, "Do I REALLY need to know how many people would follow me IF we had social media?" I don't think I need to know. But it might for some people. I am around very positive people (most of the time). I feel a lot better about this subject now. Thank you for reading me explain my non-productive day.

PINKIE PIE IS MY SOULMATE. WE ARE TWINS. SERIOUSLY. And I have done something today. Actually I've done A LOT today. I posted Pinkie Pie AND almost finished my end-of-year project that's due IN ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW. Yeah, PRAY. My whole school year is based on this one project basically. And my mom and sister have finally put on some different music. Yay! You finally realized that I wasn't going to change it! XD

What can I say? Haters gonna hate...
She's skipping to "They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard" lol XD
ALL RIGHT I'LL STOP WITH THE PONIES. BUT I CAN'T GET THEM OUT OF MY HEAD! ESPECIALLY WHEN THE NEW SEASON IS COMING OUT THE DAY BEFORE EASTER!

Alright that is all my lovely bored friends. You are dismissed. Thanks and oh! I almost forgot. Did you know? THEY'RE TAKING THE HOBBITS TO ISENGARD!

And you guys better be voting for American Idol. They need votes you guys. AND IT'S THE LAST SEASON SO WE CAN'T HAVE ANOTHER SUCKY IDOL THIS YEAR! (Like last year and the year before. I have been rewarded the Infinity Dreams Award by Mironiel Blokzyl at The Life of A Mirkwood Elf! Thanks a bunch, Miss Dark Lord! And don't forget to check out her blog! She has a LOT of info for domination of Middle-earth that is entertaining to read.

Alright, 11 facts!
  1. I do not own a lot of LOTR stuff (if you expected that from me) but my collection is slowly getting up there (SHAME)
  2. I have curly bangs which are uncontrollable. They aren't curled in like most people would expect. They go in different directions (besides left and right). And they are kind of twisted... it's just weird but they are so fun to mess around with (my friends like to mess with them too so it's a win-win XD)
  3. I absolutely love The Phantom of the Opera. But I have only seen the 2004 movie (MORE SHAME)
  4. I am a bookworm but I haven't read all of the books in our shelves. (EVEN MORE SHAME)
  5. I am learning how to speak French. I think I'm like 32% fluent? But I take a long time answering the questions online 0_o (SO MUCH SHAME)
  6. I collect My Little Pony items like coloring books and stickers.
  7. I sleep with a stuffed dog named Brownie.
  8. I have a Rainbow Dash backpack that has wings and a hood.
  9. I've been to Europe twice.
  10. I have not gone to New Zealand but I WILL SOMEDAY (PROBABLY FOOL'S HOPE)
  11. I wear skirts/dresses almost everyday.
Okay now onto the questions...

1) Coffee or Tea?
Tea please. I cannot (and will not) drink coffee.

2) YES PLEASE *grabby hands* to movie adaptations of your favorite books or NO PLEASE JUST NO to movie adaptations of your favorite books?
Sure why not :P

3) If you could have just one superpower, what would it be?
To fly. I know you didn't ask why but I'm going to tell you anyway. I would want to fly because I could go to New Zealand without taking a plane. I would just need to pack light haha :D

4) Favorite band?
Ugh I can't pick. But one of my favorites is Royal Tailor. They're a Christian band. My favorite song of theirs is "Got That Fire". I LOVE THAT SONG. SO MUCH.

5) Favorite fandom?
The Lord of the Rings. No doubts. Sorry MLP fans. I have to follow my heart and it belongs in Middle-earth.

6) Favorite food?
Cookies. Potatoes if you want real food.

7) Actually sleep at night, or READ ALL THE BOOKS?!
READ ALL THE BOOKS!

8) Cry over a book, or not?
Cry over a book, which I have done before.

10) Worst book you ever read?
I have NEVER read a book I didn't like. If you have any suggestions, please let me know :D

11) If could meet your favorite celebrity, but could only say one thing, what would you say?
I probably wouldn't speak at all. Or couldn't. Does a hug count? I'll take it.

These are kind of weird questions but that's how I like them. Okay guys. I hope you enjoyed this post! I will be fulfilling another tag very soon. Maybe tomorrow? Definitely this week haha.

And if you were wondering about the title, here's the explanation. It's been stuck in my head for the past few days and it's killing me. SO MUCH.

Sorry again for not posting but hopefully I will get a schedule going again. Have a nice day!
