Book Shelf Tour Tag

DOUBLE POST!

That felt good... So I think everyone knows I have awesome bookshelves. And if you don't, you're about to find out! I present the Book Shelf Tour Tag! (Lol, when I was spelling 'shelf', my automatic dictionary put 'She-elf' XD )

The rules of the tag are simple:

  • Once you are tagged, copy and paste the image above into your new post.
  • Show readers your book shelf and explain what books are on there.  Pictures are always fun!
  • Tag as many other people as you want and copy-paste these instructions onto your post so they know exactly what to do.
  • Make sure to leave a link to your post on the site you were tagged (for instance, the people tagged below by me should leave a link to their post in the comments here)

So let's get started!

Here is my bookshelf that is filled with only my books. As you can see, I actually only own mostly Tolkien/Tolkien related right now. And that is because my mom only permits me to have a limited space for books. I am only allowed one cube for myself so that's why my books are piled up like that XD

So I have (left to right) The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, The Return of the King, Tolkien: An Illustrated Atlas(really cool... most of my fan art is based on this book), Tolkien: A Dictionary(an AMAZING reference to all things Tolkien from Sindarin Elves to Neeker-breekers. I have yet to read it front to back!), The Book of Lost Tales 1 & 2, The Lays of Beleriand, The Shaping of Middle-Earth, The Lost Road and Other Writings, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, another copy of The Two Towers, and The Silmarillion. In front, I have Les Miserables and The Journal of the Two Sisters(My Little Pony). And then I have Cornelia Funke's trilogy: Inkheart, Inkspell, and Inkdeath.

And here is a picture of one of our family bookshelves because we own a lot of books. Yeah, it's a lot. But we're hoping to minimize soon so I'm not sure where half of it will go IF we decide to minimize on books haha XP

The books with the gold bindings to your left are assorted works of poetry, short stories, and memoirs of classic authors as well as the shelf above and below. Underneath that top shelf, to the left are religious and spiritual guiding books. The rest are mixed with art books, math books, more classic literature, a big red book of children's short stories, and other books for school. Those black squares are cubbies with thin picture books/coloring books. I don't know why we have those... we don't have little kids in the house and I don't have any nieces or nephews. Some are collectibles and most are either Disney, The Backyardigans, or poetry about holidays.

I'm feeling a bit lazy so anyone who follows/occasionally visits the blog is tagged!

And I am so, so, SO sorry I hadn't done this sooner but I misplaced my camera. But I found it again so yay! I picked up coding (AND ANIMATION) this year so that's why I haven't been posting much. And I've been watching Speed Paint videos on YouTube! Horrible time consuming stuff that is...

Have a great day everyone!
